Funding is from the 2017 and 2022 General Obligation Bond Program, included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget. 6. Ordinance approving an interlocal agreement with Port San Antonio to fund an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for the construction of the Port San Antonio Area Streets project. 7. Ordinance amending a Contribution Agreement with Texas A&M University San Antonio, accepting additional funds in the amount of $3,600,000 for a total agreement amount of $4,130,000 for the construction of the Texas A&M Area Streets Phase 1 & 2 project, a 2022 Bond funded project. 8. Ordinance approving a construction contract with F.A. Nunnelly Company for a new 14,500 square feet state-of-the-art veterinary hospital, and renovation of the existing 3,000 square feet veterinary clinic, for total contract value not to exceed $15,322,500. Funding is available from the 2022 General Obligation Bond Program included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget. 9. Ordinance amending the contract with Lewis Concrete Restoration Corporation in the increased amount not to exceed $1,274,084.25 for a total task order contract amount of $6,370,421.25 for additional construction services related to the FY 2026 Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) Rehabilitation Program. 10. Ordinance amending the contract with AG3 Group, LLC in the increased amount of $588,865.63 for a revised 2025 Pavement Preservation Package 05 - Slurry TOC contract value of $2,944,328.13 for additional construction services related to pavement preservation efforts. 11. Ordinance approving a construction contract with Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., in the amount of $2,667,888 of which $2,134,310.40 will be funded by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the construction and installation of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) devices related to the Citywide Intelligent Transportation System Equipment Project. The required match of $533,577.60 will be funded by the City. Funding is from the Advanced Transportation District Fund included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget.
