U-6248: NC 75 Roundabout at Old Providence Rd
The N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) proposes to improve the intersection of N.C. 75 (E. South Main Street) and Old Providence Road (S.R. 1111) near downtown Waxhaw. The proposed improvements include the construction of a roundabout at the Old Providence Road intersection and resurfacing of N.C. 75 from north of Salem Street to south of Old Providence Road. The purpose of the projects is to increase safety at this intersection.
